  • Provide advice on how your claim should be presented.
  • Pursue recovery of your policy excess, where another responsible party can be identified.
  • Advise regarding pursuing recovery of uninsured losses where appropriate.
  • Maintain a diary system and liaise with insurers at regular intervals.
  • Advise you of salient developments on liability claims.
  • Our in house legal counsel will over see any liability related claim from start to finish to ensure that your interest are always paramount.
  • Provide you with a note of settlement details when insurers close their files.
